He approached me and told me that my car needed a service, and said that it was not in the service record. I to him that the car had that service and its in the records. He looked at the record briefly and said he couldn't find it. I bought the car used, and told him I know and have the service record, and the rear diff was done. He looked again and found it, and said I was right, it doesn't need rear diff. He didn't apologize, and moved on as if he hadn't made a mistake. He's a good employee, I can tell. But it came off to me as trying to upsell me a service I didn't need
If I hadn't known my service history, he would have sold me a service that had already been done. Its better to apologize, then let me think he wasn't thorough in reviewing care service history and wanting to upsell. I think the service was good, just don't want inaccuracy to cost me time and money. It matters where I take my car.

I really appreciate his professional attitude. Honestly, I had pretty bad customer service from different Toyota so I started to take care of my car by myself.
