I wasn't told that it would take 3 hours to change 6 spark plugs! Why so long? And I wasn't offered the $50 discount until I pointed it out in the email I received. And there was a very loud squeak in the door hinge that wasn't lubricated. I thought that was part of the regular service like topping off the fluids.
