Otherwise, now that the new transmission is in place, the 2019 Highlander is running very smoothly. The vehicle has a little over 68000 miles on it and we hope we can get another 5 years out of it.

The service department was unable to provide the MultiPoint Inspection Report. It was briefly discussed and I was told there was no areas needing immediate attention. They were having issues printing the report and was supposed to text it to me. If that can still happen … I would like it for my records. It could also be emailed if easier;

Poor communication with the service department. Long hold times and disconnected twice. I approved extra work that was recommended and it wasn’t done. We wasted a 40 mile round trip to Rutland only to find all the work was not done and we had to come back the next day. Not to mention the wasted time going back and forth.
I am very disappointed with the customer service.
