When I said there was a loud noise that sounded like a shroud or something was rubbing, I expected my service tech and advisor to take the car for a longer than 6 mile ride. I was told they couldn’t reproduce the sound. Well, if they had asked me to ride along, maybe just maybe it could have been heard and dealt with.
