Zen was amazing. I had an issue at work where I couldn't leave being I'm in management so he actually arranged so my Truck was picked up and brought back to me. That is going above and beyond customer service. I have been a customer of Toyota for years and I will continue because of how you treat your customers. Thank you so much! Scheduled 75K service in person and specifically requested an oil change and front brake service. Upon arrival I reiterated that I wanted my oil changed because I prefer 5K intervals, I understand conventional service is 10K miles. When told my vehicle was ready, service advisor noticed the oil change was not done due to some confusion. I informed him that I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer if they could change the oil, but was informed that the service department was behind schedule and they did not have time to change the oil, so I would have to schedule another day. Considering that I specified the oil change twice - during scheduling and again when arriving for a $500+ brake service, this is not the premium service I expect from my dealership.
