Tech accidentally cut electrical line. You didn’t have this part in stock, so now I have to drive back (about 50 minutes) time and gas to have this fixed.

My problem has not been fixed on my vehicle. The squeaking continued the day after I brought the vehicle in. I purchased the vehicle from this Toyota dealership and the noise has been an issue since the day after I brought it home. I was told it could be a moisture issue by several people who work there, this is not a moisture issue the noise is loud and embarrassing. I have to drive an hour and 20 minutes to get to this dealership and it’s frustrating that the problem still remains.

I was happy that he acknowledged that my name has been spelled wrong and should be Michelle. He was also great after we went through the complimentary car wash. The car wash popped off my passenger mirror cover and the was run over by the next vehicle coming through. He knew exactly why my husband and I were walking back in and said he’d get it ordered.
