I really appreciate you guys fitting my vehicle in and fixing it. It would’ve been most helpful to know that my tires were so bad before the day was closing, but I understand you guys are super busy. I ended up going straight to Discount Tire to get the tires the same day and they serviced my car even though it was 6 o’clock at night. They told me that the tires were too unsafe to drive for the amount that I would be driving on them. I’m driving about six hours a day in the car and I think I would would’ve rather waited another day to have tires put on, but I understand everybody’s budgets are different and they did everything they could do at the time. I’m not unhappy with Toyota at all again I inconvenience them by bringing in a tow truck because my car was dead. Discount Tire also pointed out that I had a big break in my windshield and I need to get that replaced immediately. I know I may not get the level of service that I get at other dealerships with higher end cars put Randy was super patient with me and kind and at the end of the day he did what he could do that day and I appreciate him for that
