Kevin did an amazing job!! Very polite and did a wonderful job explaining things! I often have a nervousness taking my truck in for maintenance due to employees trying to aggressively upsell maintenance using big words and he did exactly what I brought the truck in for and made some suggestions for the future without being pushy. My tires desperately need to be replaced and he gave me a list of options which I really appreciated. It was the best experience I have had bringing my truck in since I bought it in 2022.

Sarah was exceptionally helpful, polite and knew how to deal with situations. We were panicking as due to sudden fault in our vehicle our tour was in jeopardy.( I had the Lexus inspected one month earlier from Toyota of Shreveport and from Firestone. Go ahead signals were given. However mechanical fault can happen anytime).But due to Sarah exceptionally professional and positive attitude and keeping us constantly informed about repair process we were able to continue our tour to a great extent. We personally wanted to see her at the time of collecting our vehicle on 05/07/2026, but unfortunately she was on leave. Congratulations to Toyota to hire such good professionals.
