Well I'll start by saying car shield **** AND THEY DON'T COVER ****!!! Next toyota don't do **** to help the customer for ANYTHING!! My battery was dead when I picked up my car and how many service workers you think offered to help.... ZERO they actually left the bay. 1 decided to come ask if my battery was dead. No work was covered and I left toyota the same as I went in. 5 days later with no communication from them till I called and asked about my vehicle!!

I was fairly frustrated that I spent an unknown amount of time waiting for my vehicle to be ready only to be told that Kevin was waiting for me after virtually sending the inspection report, which every other time I have received an oil change at this dealership my advisor has come to where I had been seated inside the dealership waiting. I am also frustrated that there were nearly $3,000 of recommend service items that were not explained in terms of what they were, or urgency. I consistently get my vehicle serviced at this Toyota dealership as I had a great deal of trust that I was being informed honestly about my vehicles maintenance needs. I will need to consider if that is the case at this time.

Sarah was great and very helpful.
The whole service was around 5 hrs which was much longer than usual, although Sarah informed of us only 1 alignment specialist.
Also we noted, there was a spill stain inside/outside of drivers window that was not there prior to the appointment.
