Sarah was very accommodating, especially early on when we were trying for the vehicle to throw the codes.
Once the part was in (almost a month earlier than expected) I would have appreciated a heads-up on the tineline for my planning.

Well I'll start by saying car shield **** AND THEY DON'T COVER ****!!! Next toyota don't do **** to help the customer for ANYTHING!! My battery was dead when I picked up my car and how many service workers you think offered to help.... ZERO they actually left the bay. 1 decided to come ask if my battery was dead. No work was covered and I left toyota the same as I went in. 5 days later with no communication from them till I called and asked about my vehicle!!
