We arrived at 10am with a screw in a tire. After 1130a we were told our car had not even been started. Roughly 1230p we asked for an update and our advisor was at lunch. We were again told no update. I can understand having appointments and other customers but I do not think anything merits a tire fix taking 2.5 hours.

Ashley was the rudest person I have ever met. She didn’t want to help me with my car’s problem. Even though I showed him the paperwork about the wheel and tire protection service contract she kept asking me about it. And she kept saying she is not sure whether I have it or not. I had to get my car towed to Toyota Corwin. Thank God they are so helpful and kind. They solved all the problems with my car. And tomorrow I am buying a new SIENNA FROM THEM.

La persona que me atendió fue grosera, le pregunté desde el principio cuál era el precio de el cambio de aceite y su actitud no fue buena, cuando me llegó la notificación de las recomendaciones y precios claramente decía 79 Dlls por el cambio de aceite y fue lo único que acepté hacer, en la caja el mismo empleado me quería cobrar 110 sin darme una explicación más que lo que se mandaba no era el monto correcto! Creo que está mal que se les de un precio incorrecto a las personas y con que confianza voy aceptar las recomendaciones si al final el precio no es el correcto y van a cobrar lo que quieran! El empleado terminó dándome el precio de 79 haciéndolo ver como si fuera un favor lo cual no es es culpa de la compañía por no ser trasparente y claro en los precios. Quiero aclarar que tengo más de 3 años haciendo servicio con ustedes y siempre eh pagado alrededor de lo mismo.
