Ethan has been my service representative several times over the past years and he is always courteous and able to answer any and all questions I may have. I like the fact that many of the service representatives have been there a number of years and to me it speaks highly of Baxter.

The multipoint inspection took 90 minutes. If I wanted to have an extra item replaced there was no time to have it done. I don’t think I will come back.

Nick always tried to meet our expectations and answer our questions. He was very kind and followed up on every unexpected issue that came up with our car. Our problem was not with Nick.
We were disappointed in the fact that our oil pan seal did not last more than two and one half years, since it had been serviced there and that we had to have that job done again. Two other minor things were overlooked by the technicians:
*the oil dipstick was not inserted completely and was left sticking up about 3 inches. My husband then checked the oil level. It was good, so he replaced the dipstick all the way in the way it is supposed to be.
*the cover for the cabin filter was left on the floor of the front passenger side of the car. My husband had to put it back in place after referencing the owner’s manual.
This is not the thorough type of service that we have been accustomed to at Baxter Toyota LaVista.
