I had a 9 o’clock appointment waited patiently they said they give me an update after an hour. Two hours went by and finally, I asked for an update and they said they will have to look into it. 45 minutes later, they told me that it was the gas cap. It took them three hours and no communication with me to tell me that my cap was loose.. I was glad that it was nothing serious. I was glad that we were done, but I would’ve appreciated more communication.. three hours is a long time to wait to hear that your gas cap is loose.
