Nate was very helpful but was unable to replicate the locking problems I bright the car in for. After a $200 electronic systems review and a new $200 battery, I went home and am experiencing the same malfunctions. They’re presumably not serious so I don’t plan to bring the car back unless something more concerning develops but am disappointed that after a sizeable investment , nothing has changed.

We scheduled an oil change with you, because we were sent a card saying that we had one prepaid service left on a three service plan that we had purchased. I explained this to the person when I dropped the car off and he said that it was valid and it would be taken care of under the prepaid Plan.. After getting the car serviced, I was told that all three services had been used and I had to pay $110 for an oil change. If this is your way of drumming up business, it’s a pretty shady way to be doing business.

Everything went like clock work. They ser iced my car, put on a new tire, and alerted me of rodent eaten air filter and fixed the fan for heating and air. All was done in the time they allocated of 1.5 hours. Excellent job. Ethan was very polite and professional.

Service manager and technician seem to have done an excellent job. My only suggestion from today is that it’s a real nice touch when you guys run the car through a wash. I would even dare say it might be nice for your techs if you did that first if a customer arrived 15 mins early then the car can dry and be clean for a better inspection. But really from a purely self centered point of view I would love an offered car wash. If it was a simple wash, rinse, and blow dry free and an up charge for a better wash I would go for that if it were reasonably priced.
