I waited for more than two hours for the service. I had an oil change with tire rotation and I also asked to fix the headlight bulb. After two hours they said the problem is not with the bulb and it can be with the wiring and I need to schedule another time for the diagnosis. At the end even the car was not washed too!! I always had my car washed after oil change and never had this experience!

Personnel were great. I guess there was a misunderstanding about getting the front end alignment. I would have appreciated a phone call while they were changing the oil as we were busy running errands. I would have paid for the front end alignment to be done as well.

Jordan was super helpful. He made sure that we got everything done that we wanted done on our car. When the service was going to take longer than expected, he gave us a loaner car for the time being. He also provided us with a discount that the dealership was running even though I didn’t have the coupon with me. Overall, my experience was wonderful and I highly recommend!
