Not a big deal but I had to adjust my tire pressure after my 5000 mile inspection visit. One tire was 48psi, one was 41psi and the other two were at 40. When I went in they were all at 36psi from when I bought the truck. Not a big deal just dont understand how they were inflated to different levels. Again not a big deal, just wanted you to know. First, I want to express my satisfaction that your team successfully diagnosed and repaired the issue stemming from the mouse chew on the wires. I appreciate your expertise in resolving this specific problem.
However, I was significantly inconvenienced and frustrated by the inconsistent communication regarding the repair timeline. I was initially informed that the repair would be completed by the next day, and based on this assurance, I made arrangements that unfortunately inconvenienced several other people. Then, on the day the repair was scheduled, I was notified that a necessary part was delayed, pushing the completion back further. The communication continued to shift, with subsequent updates indicating it would probably be finished on Friday, before finally being completed today, Thursday.
This lack of a clear and consistent timeline, particularly the last-minute notifications of delays, caused considerable disruption and wasted time for those who had adjusted their schedules to assist me. While I understand that unforeseen issues like part delays can occur, the continuous shifting of the expected completion date made it very difficult to plan and created unnecessary stress.
Despite these communication challenges, I am ultimately pleased that my vehicle is now fixed. I hope you will consider this feedback to improve your communication processes, especially concerning parts availability and providing more accurate and timely updates on repair timelines.

The gentleman that checked me in for the oil change knew I was on time constraints instead of an hour and a half. He got me out of there in 45 minutes. He was very helpful and very kind. I said it last time and I will say it again- Davis is a very kind and helpful person. I was nearly 30 minutes late to my appointment due to the construction that closed off the Giles Road exit to the dealership and let’s face it I was also running a little behind leaving work as well. I was feeling stressed with being late as I am usually punctual and David greeted me as soon as I pulled my car in the garage and made things really easy.
