The guy who helped me named Paul had a very arrogant, and condescending tone while talking to me. I felt as if he was treating me as a dumb girl that does not know anything about cars. When I first made this appointment Toyota had personally called me to make an appointment, because they were running a $50 oil change special. When I got there Paul told me it was going to be $120. This honestly made me feel like he was trying to scam me. I did pay the $50 in the end, but this was the worst experience I have ever had at Toyota.

Discount for Veterans keeps getting overlooked. The last two trips in have been missed and the Service Tech. says I'll make sure the Discount gets on your next service. But never does. Does that mean I get a double discount on my next service? I won't hold my breath.

Service advisor seemed ignorant all through conversations. Did know if new Toyotas have a different system. Didn't know what light is check oil or engine. Don't you have to go to auto mechanic school to be in the position of service advisor? I would think they would know simple things like that. Other advisors from another Toyoto here in Omaha do. Also I told him what happened and the comment that was on my dash. He looked like he saw a ghost. He shook his head and said I don't know what that would be. I didn't expect him to know but he sshouldn't he of put that on the work order so they can check into it. He also said he couldn't diagnose it! I didn't ask him to. Just wanted him to know what was wrong and pass it on. I had a real nice experience buying this vehicle from Baxter. I sure hope I get better customer service next time.
