I wish I could say I was happy as I understand the importance of good scores. I just can’t. A half day job turned to 4 days, minimal parts onsite at dealership didn’t help and I needed to advocate for myself on repair steps as team seem to be guessing. On vacation w no vehicle for 4 days and no loaner or rentals available. Killed my impression of city kindness.

Service was good. But I had a 10 am appointment to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. It took over 2 hours. Not really sure how that happened with an appointment but I will be completing my oil changes elsewhere where I have never wait more than 40 minutes with an appointment

It just took a lot longer than expected. Got there at 4 for my appt & it was almost 5:50 when I left. I have to travel from downtown. Other than that, service was fine:
