It took 6 hours for my car to be finished, I called twice and both times I called Nicole bad to find another service tech because mine was no where to be found. I understand things being busy but 6 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, brake pad and rotor change seems a little unreasonable, I was lucky enough to not have had to sit at the shop while it was being worked on and also lucky enough to have had another vehicle option to do the work I needed to complete because my car wasn’t done until 4:30p. I also got to the shop 15 minutes before they said it would be ready to see my car sitting in the parking lot. Generally I have loved the service from you guys so this situation is rather frustrating to me especially because I made an appointment over a week in advance. The service as far as the car is concerned was lovely however my experience as a customer was rather lacking this go around.

Was told service would take an hour...took a but over two. Happened last 3 times I've been there. Thankfully my prepaid tire rotation oil changes are used up. I can now go a place that gets it done when they say they will. I was not a drive in..I have a reservation. My previous service at baxter Ford was unfailing on the maintenance appoints. I was told by your staff “ we rotated the tires so your tire(with the nail in it would be on the back. It’s safer for you if you get a flat” I’m disappointed you didn’t have the tire to replace mine that was needed. I then took my car to discount tire and they said, in regards to the nail in my tire and what you said “the opposite is true. If you’re going to have a flat you want it to be a tire in the front. You’d have more control”. Thought you needed to hear that.
