I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I brought my vehicle in to repair a sunroof that would not close. During the repair, the technician broke a seal of some sort on my windshield. I was contacted by Chance about this issue in which he stated the windshield needed to be removed to replace the seal. There was a small crack at the base of the windshield which was not a bother to us at all because of its location. Chance then contacted me and said they could not replace the seal because the windshield was cracked and was asked to buy a new windshield. 1.) I did not break the seal the technician did. I agreed to pay for half of the windshield (regretting that now.) On 5/20 I was contacted to pick my vehicle up. I show up and of course test the defective sunroof and it literally falls apart. There is black grease prints all over the header of my car, there’s a door ding on my passenger rear door, and the car was absolutely filthy. I should be completely comped for this whole mess. I took my car because I trusted it would be In good hands. Cars are not cheap and I expected better from a reputable dealer. Shane G
