I am satisfied with the customer service and work that was done on my car. However, my driver side front door is now not closing correctly. I have informed the service department and am waiting for a call back. I am including this information on this form so it is documented.

I think your prices are fair, especially based on the front end alignment estimate (Les Schwab near my home in Newport, WA recently provided a similar estimate).

Ethan was awesome! The mechanic however sent me a video indicating that all of the fluids: Anti-freeze, oil, power steering, and windshield washer fluid was topped off. Topped off to me means filled to capacity. No windshield washer fluid was added, now it’s not a big deal price wise maybe 20 cents worth of fluid but the principal behind it when you say “I topped off all of the fluids” then doesn’t. Leaves a slight trust factor there. Did mechanic really check the fluids, rotate tires, check filters, and complete the TSB recall? Get my point? I’m sure mechanic did allof these things except the 20 cents of washer fluid but may want to mention that what he puts out on a video most folks watch and listen and except the service he said he did.

My car is still making the noise that I brought it in for. It actually might be worse. I guess I will have to call Nate and have him advise on next option. The car was there for 8-10 hours and was “fixed” for $1700.
Since the symptom was sound based, I would have thought someone would have driven it again to see if it was still making the noise
