Nick did just fine. Although, I was not completely satisfied. I was told the vehicle would be done at noon or 1. My appointment was for noon, but I dropped off the vehicle at 7:30am. It was originally supposed to be done around 3, but since I dropped it off early, I was told it would be done early. Regardless, it was not done until 5:00pm. I had to Uber at that point to pick it up because I did t have a ride available that late in the day.

I don’t like how you are quoted a price for the service but then there is a shop fee charge on top of service very misleading. Also, I asked the service team to check out my squeaky breaks when I back up the video they showed just had car in place how does that test the squeaky brakes. My brakes have never squeaked backing up until recently. They said it is due to moisture but why would they do it now when I have had my car over 11 yrs and have not had that happen. In January they installed bake brakes and resurfaced rotators and when I look at my back tires the material looks all rusty. It just seem service check in person discounted my concern about the brakes. I have my car scheduled next month for the 4 wheel drive service and now I am thinking to hold off.
