I still have a few questions regarding the grade of oil that was used in my vehicle and would like to look further into it. I requested a higher oil grade that was used on my last oil change. I paid $100+ for 5qt of oil. When requested on this service I was informed the same oil was used and was inly charged $30. I do not want the lower quality oil. Would like the prior oil change invoice from March-May that reflects what I paid for previously. And once that has been confirmed would like to leave a note on my service record indicating only higher grade oil should be used. If there is a difference I would like to swap the oil please.

I'm not sure I had my tires rotated even though I asked directly. When the box marking tire rotation was not checked I asked and was assured it had been done. However the front tire is the same tire I scuffed last week and hasn't move to a new location.
There was a bit of a mix up at the service as my auto transmission service was nearly missed and I was delayed 3 hrs.

When I dropped my car off Nate said you're here for an oil change I said yes but no tire rotation I have that done somewhere else. He said that's fine its the same price. So after I got home from the servive that was done on my carO noticed on the invoice that the tires were in fact rotated. I tried calling to speak with Nate but was unable to reach him directly. So I called again Saturday morning and I got jis voice mail and left a message to call me to get this straightened out. I have now waited for over a week to hear back from him to no avail. I was hoping we could get this problem resolved before replying back to this text you sent me and i'm not waiting any longer so now I would expect a response from Baxter since i'm not satisfied.
