When I drop the vehicle off I was told the vehicle would be done at 2 PM and when I showed up at 2:40 PM, I saw my truck parked outside of one of the garage doors. When I went inside to ask the status of my truck, the representative told me that he would go check. I watched him get into my truck back it up and pull it around the building and when he came back and talked to me, he said the vehicle had been Pulled into the bay about 10 minutes prior to be worked on and then it would be about 20 to 25 minutes before the vehicle is ready. When I told him I saw him drive the vehicle back to be worked on 40 minutes after it was supposed to be done. The honesty was just not there. Additionally, after waiting another 40 minutes after the rep said 20-25, he pulled the vehicle around and while the oil change was completed, the complimentary tire rotation didn’t appear to be completed as there was no chalk or markings on any of the tires.
I do not need a call back, but this is the second visit in a row where my truck wasn’t ready by the “promised” time. Both were at a minimum or 90 minutes after th stated/posted time.
