I was in a real parent needing a car battery replaced and you guys came through 30 minutes before closing time on a Saturday evening!

I wasn’t aware that the only communication was texts to my phone - which I don’t look at often. It would be beneficial to tell the customer that is how you communicate, so I could respond in a prompt manner and the whole experience (of an oil & air filter change) wouldn’t take 3 hours.
