I really want to know how the issue was resolved. Did you do a software update? Is this a known issue that Toyota is choosing not to publicize? What’s the possibility it will happen again? It was a huge inconvenience to drive 30mph for 100 miles late at night on country roads. I’m now afraid to take this sequoia on long distance trips for fear that it will happen again.

May want to work on timing quotes. I was quoted 1-1 hr 40 mins for service. It took 2.5 hours. I know some things are out of your control, but under promise over deliver on times and people will be more appreciative.
