Please don’t send survey. I wasn’t there watching the work being done. I have no idea if everything was done correctly, I just have to assume it was. I never talked with the technician that worked on my car so I cannot rate him. It gets really obnoxious that I cannot walk in any store or order things on line without everyone asking how they did .

Overnight drop off and next day pick up was extremely painless. The only thing I would look into trying to make better is the video following the inspection/service. I couldn’t understand what was being said since it’s inside a loud shop with air tools in the background. A simple text with “everything looked great; no issues” would be quicker and probably better for the customer.
