Stopped in without an appointment because of a tire low pressure warning on my way to work. I discovered at a gas station that a screw was embedded in my tire. When I got there, they were extremely welcoming, quickly diagnosed the tire, and took it away for repair. All of this, while they were already very busy. They got me all squared away while I waited in the lobby, at a very reasonable price. Outstanding service from the team to get me up and running quickly. Great job.

I was told, upon reviewing the service at the counter, that I owed money for an oil change and tire rotation, in the amount of $122. My issue is that when I informed the Service Writer of my extended warranty, he told me that he did not see one, and also asked if I had serviced my vehicle there before? My RAV4 was purchased there three years ago and has had all of its scheduled services performed there. Let alone purchasing my last 3 vehicles there! Cmon, do better for your long term customers.
