Everything went well except I feel as if my vehicle was taken to get lunch. I found an order list for raising cane's written on the top of a parts box on my passenger seat. I have no evidence to support my suspicion other than the last but the perception of the situation is what is concerning to me

Service was fine, time was fine, the issue was the car wash. The tire cover and a piece of weather stripping on the back right bottom window was loosened. Either the car was not positioned correctly in the wash or the mechanical arms of the wash are improperly aligned. The service representative stated he was going to replace the tire cover, he was not aware the stripping was loose, noticed that in the side mirror when driving.

The reason I brought in the 2023 RAV4 for services was to fix a tire that had a nail in it causing it to lose air. My appointment was unscheduled, but Elizabeth Kerber (Service Rep) was very professional listen to my issue and got the car into service right away. Toyota technician determined the tire had to be replaced. We purchased the Toyota Wheel & Tire protection plan, so the tire was free. (PROBLEM) - However, during the process of replacing the tire your shop scraped off the black powder coating from the wheel rim. Unfortunately, your shop did not “self report” the issue to me. I found/saw the problem with the wheel and reported it to the shop manager & Ms. Kerber. The shop manager instructed me to bring the car back to your shop to get the Black powder coating fixed.
