The service was fine, the people are very good. Elizabeth was super helpful. When I made the appointment I was told it was $95, when I went to check out it was $122. No additional services were performed. Elizabeth, God bless her, had a hard time explaining why this was. She is excellent at customer service and gave me $15 off to make up the difference. If the service is $122 make that known, don’t quote me $95. It seems like a little thing but it erodes my confidence in the establishment.

Requested my tire pressure to be set at 29 psi, says to do that on work order, vehicle inspection report said set at 29, replaced a TPMS and before leaving dealership asked Nick Smith what pressure system set at he said 29. Just used a gauge to check all my tires ten minutes ago. All at 37 psi

The service advisor did a fine job in following through with what needed to be done. It’s not his fault that my truck was struck by a lot attendant and I do appreciate the honesty in admitting that the bumper was scuffed. I would like to say too that it was initially being serviced for a recall and had been on the schedule for 6 days and when it came time to do the recall the parts weren't available to complete the recall. In the end everything was resolved with the recall and the bumper repair it was just added unnecessary stress which I understand is a part of life sometimes. I just felt like after having my truck for a week for what should’ve been a one day service visit that I should’ve been given a comparable vehicle as I was without a truck for a week or maybe they could’ve washed and vacuumed out the truck to at least make up for the issues that had occurred.
