On delivery of auto for appointment I mentioned low tire pressure (passenger rear) again asked if low pressure was resolved when picked up auto -was assured it was. Drove away with low tire pressure light still on so had to return to have issue resolved. I find it curious if the tires were rotated at this appointment why the same tire (passenger rear) was still the tire causing the alert? Also no reference to tire rotation on my receipt? We the tires really rotated?

Justin was very helpful and explained everything to me including a recall that needed to be completed. Since it was going to take some time I asked if the van would be able to take me home. I hardly had time to get a cup of coffee & they were ready to take me home. Also, a very enjoyable trip back to Baxter with Mike! A very Nice Guy!

Brae was very nice. Especially because she was tasked with the unpleasant duty of being the one who had to tell me that Baxter was not gonna take responsibility for breaking one of the tire pressure sensors while installing new tires a few weeks ago. So I have absolutely no problem with her and don’t mean to imply that. I am unhappy with Baxter Toyota for not, at the very least, covering the cost of the sensor that was broken and then I would pay for the other three that were installed.
