Erin is professional and she answered all my questions. She was apologetic when she needed to make me wait sometime when she needed to process the paperwork for a customer and me at the same time. She is a great employee at Baxter and she was thoughtful about the customers. For example, when she interrupted me while I was focusing on my computer work, she explained to me that I could take my time to reach a stop before rushing me to pick up my car. I had been waiting for 1.5 hours. This was very different from another staff that I met at Baxter. The other staf was annoyed when I asked for further explanations. I was at Baxter for 1.5 hour. Why couldn't I ask questions about my car and inspection for 5 min? Please do ask your mechanics to fill out all the blanks correctly, including the tire pressure on the inspection sheet. I did not point out the discrepancy between the inspection sheet and his answers afterwards to minimize troubles. He could improve with better guidance and training. I wanted a specific part replaced and put that idea in the notes when making an appointment. Upon arrival the check in seemed hurried. Said I wanted the fuel float replaced. Was told there would be a $149 inspection. After inspection, the part I initially asked for would be ordered. Feels like a waste of my time and money. Learned the hard way that its mot possible to request a specific part to be replaced.
