Upon checking in I was five minutes late the person who checked me and was extremely rude and said we usually never take people who are late especially in the evening appointments. I drove over 45 minutes across town to get there then he asks do you have time to do the service which the other guy replied back after yelling over everybody that yes they do I asked a simple question about if I wanted to get my car repaired there after my hit and run accident and he was extremely rude and said no we don’t do that here and if you want to take it to somewhere we use B&B auto that’s connected to Lexus. I would have appreciated a little bit more kindness upon checking in in the first place, while checking out, the end, individual was very nice and pleasant. However, first impressions are everything, and after nearly 20 years with Toyota I will seriously be considering something else.
