First of all, you had no record of the confirmed appointment.you were able to still fit the vehicle in. However, no one ever explained the warranty, the rebate, the mechanical issues discovered while putting the tires on. In essence, no one ever really became my service advisor. There was no offer of reduction or anything else for the delay/tech failure. Pretty disappointed overall aside from a good price.
