I was reluctant to come back after my last experience, but I gave another chance.
I was given a bs reason for my issue, that seemed more like an attempt to sell tires.
The problem is I know if the tires are loosing the tread that it actually increases the grip on the road, plus there wouldn’t be the issue I was having only occurring when I turn right, and not left. Also why the problem was happening when the tires were new.
I’ve been honked at and close to being in accidents due to this problem that shouldn’t happen even if my tires were bald.

Chasity was professional and polite. She was great with her communication keeping me informed as the status of my RAV4. When my brakes had to be ordered she said my Rav4 would be ready the next morning and it was done as she said it would be and I received a text letting me know. It’s good to see women in the service advising department. She didn’t judge me and understood when I was trying to explain what was happening with my brakes. Unfortunately, there are still men in the automobile service field that don’t take women seriously. I’m glad she was my service advisor and look forward to working with her in the future.

Baxter team I have purchased several vehicles from you over the years and the latest one my 2020 Tacoma, it’s unfortunate that with the little miles that it has on it it needs a racket pinion, honestly not sure how it was sold to me as Certified if it had rack and pinion issues? I would also like to have the Serrvice Team check out the recall on the high-pressure fuel pump. I paid top dollar for the vehicle and purchased the extended warranty and hope that I have made the right decision on this particular truck. And closing your text message said that my vehicle was ready yet. My service advisor said that it was not quite done yet, and an automated message was generated which could’ve presented an inconvenience for me to stop work and come and pick it up not being done.
