I asked to speak to manager to give feedback on the use of the text msgs and how 3 members of the staff spoke to me when I said the msgs confusing and misleading and Evan didn’t come see me though there 2.5 hrs to change a battery

Chasity is so nice and was very easy to talk to regarding my car issues. I was having some anxiety over the issues I had been having for some time and she did an excellent job reassuring me that my car would be in good hands! It was great that I could bring in the car the day I called and received a loaner while my car was being serviced. I didn’t have to pay for a rental and didn’t miss that much work. Also, Chasity kept me updated throughout the day when my car was being serviced which was so nice! Baxter Toyota and Chasity were very accommodating in which I very much appreciated! Thank you!!
