Normally I would go to the closest Toyota dealership, but this time the quote was out of this world. I called Baxter to get a competitive quote. There was about a $700 difference for some relatively simple repairs. Thanks for not fleecing your customers; I’ll be driving a bit further going forward…

It took a total of 4-hours between two different trips to dealership to replace 2 tires. The first time I didn't have an appt, was there 2.5-hrs. I asked for the spare tire to be used to replace a damaged tire, spare tire matched original. Service installed the plain black spare wheel, which took 1.5-hrs to correct on second trip despite appt this time / yesterday Mar 7. Tire light came back on after leaving, btw, low air. Awful service.
