I did not care for grumpy guy I dealt with during service. He must have been having bad day. Disagreed with everything argumentative...just very negative interaction. I would like not to deal with him again....anyone else please. I like to protect my peace and happiness... Maintainance itself went fine... customer service guy way to negative to me dis not appreciate.

I cannot express my appreciation for Baxter Toyota's willingness to work me into their morning schedule on such short notice. I live 225 miles from Lincoln. I had driven there with the dashboard information and cruise control not working, and contacted Baxter in the hopes they could fix the problem before I started home. They did!!!

This is the 2nd time my car has been in for the same problem. Unfortunately, it has to brought back in....another 100 mile drive later this week for another trial repair. Stephanie was very good with her communication. I still haven't heard from the service manager, after leaving 2 messages last week. I spent my entire day driving to Lincoln, sitting in the waiting room for 5 hours and here we are....Frustrated that I already spent $1090 for this problem in December and now I am looking at more expenses.

Stephanie was great. She was friendly. She had a smile when I came… And sometimes in the past when you check in there’s not a sense of like welcome thanks for coming but with Stephanie they’re always is. I’m amazed by her Service. I just think she should get a raise. She’s the best service person I’ve ever dealt with and the next time I come in for an oil change, I’m gonna ask her if she got a raise and then I’ll ask why she didn’t.
