I don't think he checked my tire pressure, thought you would when I asked to have tires rotated, but he didn't think they needed to be rotated, so maybe he didn't check tire pressures

Chasity is so nice and was very easy to talk to regarding my car issues. I was having some anxiety over the issues I had been having for some time and she did an excellent job reassuring me that my car would be in good hands! It was great that I could bring in the car the day I called and received a loaner while my car was being serviced. I didn’t have to pay for a rental and didn’t miss that much work. Also, Chasity kept me updated throughout the day when my car was being serviced which was so nice! Baxter Toyota and Chasity were very accommodating in which I very much appreciated! Thank you!!

I had oil change and tire rotation. In my past experience tire rotation and balance were standard. I suggest Baxter add balance to rotation to complete this part of evaluation on a vehicle.
