When my wife and daughter picked up the vehicle, the battery was dead. The battery had been replaced within the last year and we haven’t had any issues so it was somehow drained at the dealership. That is not a big deal but when my daughter asked for assistance, whoever helped her was less than enthusiastic, was staring at their phone the entire time and basically asked her to get the hood open. It wasn’t a good look for the person or reflection on the professionalism or customer service of Baxter.

Bringing it back in. 2nd oil change in the last 2 that I get home and have oil in my driveway the next morning. Get down and look, and the entire underside of my truck is covered, front to back in oil. I could change my oil better at 5 yrs old
