I think the extras offered did not need to be done, the tires are fine til mid summer/post summer and the filters were hardly dirty
Also, the shuttle, which has in the past always been amazing, was anything but amazing today. I text for a return shuttle more than two hours prior to the time, and when I messaged him asking if he was on his way, 20 minutes later already then when I had asked for, he responded with he’d be another 15 to 20 minutes. So I had one of my clients give me a ride to pick up my vehicle over my lunch, which I only had 45 minutes to do.
