The first time I made this appointment they ordered the wrong part. When booking my recent appointment, the man on the phone said it would take a half an hour. I thought I would be safe and allowed an hour before my next meeting. After AN HOUR AND HALF ( and I could see my car was done and in the bay) I had to ask that my bill be processed so I could leave. I finally got to leave 15 minutes later. So I was there an hour and 45 minutes. I thought you were woefully understaffed or inefficient with my time.

During inspection I was informed that brake pads were needed. The shop had time that day to fix them. I suspected brake trouble when I went for oil change and forgot to tell service mgr. They found it without asking. Also I live on fear north lincoln and the shutle took me home and picked me up for return.
