Service was reasonable. The cost of spark plugs replacement seemed excessive. Over $800 to replace spark plugs??

This is my third and final dealing with Baxter, Toyota. I explained the bad history with Toyota to Matt yesterday. This third experience, (three weeks total, of my car being in the shop and two botched repairs that had to be re-repaired) was by far the worst. Poor customer service, and even worse workmanship.
