Baxter not standing behind their Toyota product when an obviously faulty part is on the vehicles they sell is beyond disappointing. The part replaced today, the driver seat plastic shroud that surrounds the seat adjustment control buttons, has been replaced twice now. I was charged full retail price and excessive labor fees to install this faulty part for a Second time and there is NO FIX suggested to stop this from happening again in the future. Horrific service that I will certainly be spreading the word to all that will listen about how the Baxter dealerships sell and service sub part trash products that don’t last…
Disappointed!!!

Michael did everything he could do to help make the situation the best it could be. I dropped my vehicle off at 9am and said I needed it to pick kids up at 3pm. I left and explected it before 3pm which they said was possible. Arrived at 245 (after no phone call with an update) and found out I was unable to take my vehicle so they put me in a rental. Had to go back later to get my vehicle and return the rental. Time consuming and inconvenient.
