I don't understand why it took over 2 hours to get my oil changed and a new battery installed. I had an appointment and arrived early so it was closer to 2 1/2 hours that I waited.
When I arrived I was told someone would be with me shortly. Brie was working on something. When she finished she indicated she was ready to help me. I felt she should have greeted me with a good morning, thank you for waiting but it was strictly business. During the morning I got 2 texts informing me of the multi point inspection. That was the only communication I received during my long wait. When my vehicle was done Beie stepped into to lobby and called my name. I could barely hear her as I was sitting on the couches around the corner. She didn't make any further attempt to find me but returned to her desk and called me. I quickly gathered my things and headed around the corner. By the time I turned the corner my phone was ringing. As soon I as I got to her desk she rattled off my total. I had to ask again for the total after I got my checkbook out, I felt that I was an inconvenience. I didn't get the feeling that my business was appreciated. This was not the experience I have previously received and am accustomed to from Baxter Toyota. I was very disappointed with my experience.

Was told it would take 3 to 4 hours for my truck to be fixed and it was about 7 hours and no one updated on the time.
Not sure why Baxter employees have a phone and voicemail when they either don’t check it or just don’t care to call back. when you call the receptionist made us pass you around.
