Michael was good from the perspective that we got everything done and resolved. He saved me from having to make another 4 hour round trip. For that I am very thankful. However, I do wish he had listened more and talked less when I arrived and shared the problem I was having. I felt like he was disregarding my concern and trying to convince me it was nothing. Ultimately, my concern was justified as there was a Toyota TSB for the exact problem I was having. So my experience was both good and bad.

Normally my car does not take more than a hour to maintenance. I understand with other vehicles being serviced. Once done it looks like my car sat in the done area for ten minutes before they let me know it was done. Also my tires are dirty from visiting my parents in Iowa. There’s absolutely no reason why I should be getting told I need new tires this early only at 15 thousand miles. I spoke to my family and they mentioned they never got told they need new ones at those miles.

Brae was wonderful. We showed up for a service appointment and learned that we had accidentally scheduled at Baxter in Omaha. We explained that we had driven 1.5 hrs. for the appointment. She said she would try to fit us into the schedule so we wouldn’t have to drive back. Thanks to Mark courtesy transport driver we were able to wait at a nearby restaurant.
