I felt like I was rushed through as I had to go back to have a different tech and tire guy fix the pressures in my tires as they were supposed to inflate them to the proper level. My dad overinflated them by accident but when I drove 5 minutes down the road I noticed 3/4 were 50 and the repaired tire was 35. I also am concerned he didn’t double check the mileage when entering it and accidentally added an extra zero. As someone who has warranties/service contract it stressed me out more due to it possibly canceling my warranties. Isaiah was very nice and I know I added extra work with my flat tire so I completely understand if service wasn’t perfect. Thank you

My appointment time was 11:30, was told some people called in so might be a bit longer but probably and hour but no longer than hour and a half. It was over 2 1/2 hours. Had I known it would be that long I would have had shuttle take me to Walmart or other stores . Communication would have helped..

When I got to my truck after it was finished. I had a seat cover half on half off had to remove it to even get in the carpet protector was wadded up and again had to be removed before getting in. I have had my truck serviced at your dealership several times and this is the first time it was given back to me in a bigger mess than it was when I dropped it off
