I'm satisfied that my Corolla received first class service. One thing I did miss was getting the video evaluation on my service exam. Not a big deal, but, I always enjoyed the message and assurance my service needs were being addressed. This was my first time bringing my vehicle to your dealership for service, and unfortunately the experience was very disorganized. I understand it was a Saturday, but when I arrived there were cars everywhere and no one directing traffic. I waited in line without anyone approaching me, and people were leaving their vehicles and walking around without guidance. Eventually, someone told me to pull around other cars and into the garage. After doing so, no further instructions were given. I stood outside in the cold for approximately 10 minutes while multiple staff members walked past me without acknowledging me, not even a greeting. When I finally asked someone what I was supposed to do, I was told, “I just park the cars, dude—you’ll have to talk to someone else.” Again, there was no direction or organization. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the experience remained unprofessional. Several employees were eating pizza while working. The employee who assisted me with checkout was chewing pizza while typing on the computer, which did not leave a good impression. Overall, the lack of organization, communication, and professionalism made this a very disappointing first experience.

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation per the tag on my window as to when it was needed. I thought it was my last free service only to find out that it expired October which was the 2 year mark. I thought it was 25,000 miles. It would have been extremely thoughtful if your dealership could have let me have the free service, as I held off according to the mileage tag placed at the last oil change. Just saying kindness begets kindness…. And shows true consideration for the client.
