I’m frustrated that I wasn’t aware of how long my car was going to be in the shop and that nobody responded on the text message thread. I’ve tried to get a response several times and no one will call or update us.

The staff is polite and informative. I had a 7:00am oil change. I was told it would take 30-60 minutes but it took 90 minutes leading to me being late for work. They used to offer a loaner to avoid this but no longer do. I’m pleased with the service, just not the length of the appointment.
