This is the third time that I took the truck in for the same problem. Each time I took it in it cost me more money. If it don't get fix this time I might be done coming here.

I wasn’t happy that I drove 40 miles to be told that fog lights could not be installed on my 23 Sienna because it wasn’t configured for them even though there is a switch for them somebody should have caught this long before I arrived there. Evan was great very apologetic and was confused also. I guess from now on I need to be more specific as to what can and can’t be installed.

The issue was that a part came off my car.

Immediately upon leaving the dealership, the tire inflation warning lit up in my dashboard. I stopped to fill up my tires (thought this was part of the service I paid for). All tires were low on air pressure and my tire sensor is still on.

I lifted up the hood today and saw all kinds of leaves and sticks around the washer fluid dispensers, in front of the cabin air filter. I was surprised that wasn’t cleaned out if our car was properly serviced.
