2 hours and 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment oil change, tire balance and rotation. Several employees standing in the showroom on their phones, some in groups of 6. I don’t understand why it takes that long when an appointment is made? I don’t understand why so many Legends Toyota employees are standing around looking at their phone. It does not make a customer feel good waiting 2 plus hours and watching employees doing nothing except making lunch plans.

Everyone I encountered during my visit was courteous, attentive and helpful. I was surprised as I peaked at some of the cars on the floor, no one approached me to see if I had any questions or was interested in something on the floor. It didn’t bother me, just surprised me. Michael Jacobsen will be my go to guy I came in the day before got there 6 45 in the morning and was waiting till you opened up once I got in the guys wasn't nice at all never will I have him help me ever! Wish I knew his name what I do know he was the only one there that time of morning. Told me I had to have an appointment and they had over 60 appointment that day done with him but Michael treated me like a person love him need more juke him. Love is personality The next day when I picked up my vehicle. The guy named Evan was there to Give me my car back he was great also!
